1. About these terms
These terms cover your use of this website, operated by Finley Dental Corp ("we," "us") for Sentry Seal™. Use of the Sentry Seal software by a practice is governed by a separate subscription agreement and Business Associate Agreement signed with that practice. If those agreements conflict with these terms, they control.
2. Using this website
You may use this website to learn about Sentry Seal and contact us. Don't misuse it: no attempts to break in, disrupt it, copy it in bulk, or use it to send unlawful or harmful material.
3. What Sentry Seal is, and isn't
- Sentry Seal helps a practice find payments that don't match between its records and independent sources. It cannot guarantee that every error, loss or theft will be detected.
- Its results depend on the data in the practice's systems, bank and card processor. If that data is incomplete or wrong, results may be too.
- An alarm is a reason to look, not a finding that anyone did anything wrong. Decisions about staff remain the practice's.
- Sentry Seal is not legal, accounting, tax or medical advice.
4. Content and trademarks
The website's content, the Sentry Seal name, logo and slogan "Sent. Sealed. Recorded." belong to Finley Dental Corp. Screens shown on this site use made-up patients and staff. CardPointe, Clover, Plaid and other names belong to their owners and are used only to describe what Sentry Seal works with.
5. Links to other sites
We aren't responsible for other websites we link to.
6. No warranty
This website is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate but don't promise it is complete, current or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this website.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
9. Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date.
